The Client acknowledges having the legal capacity to contract and acquire Products offered on the website https://craftthisgift.com.
Products presented on the website https://craftthisgift.com are offered for sale for the following territories: worldwide.
For orders sent outside metropolitan France, the Client acts as importer of the concerned Products.
For all Products shipped outside the European Union and Overseas Departments and Territories, the price will be automatically calculated excluding taxes on the invoice.
Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the Client.

If modifications are refused, amounts paid will be refunded within 30 days from notification of refusal (unless the Client prefers a credit).
If the Client cancels the order less than 3 days before the planned delivery date, except for withdrawal rights or force majeure, the deposit paid will be acquired by the Seller without refund.
If the Client cancels less than 1 day before delivery, except for withdrawal or force majeure, 15% of total purchase price will be due to the Seller as damages.
Prices correspond to those in effect on CraftThisGift.com at order registration. Prices are in Euros, excluding and including tax.
Prices include any discounts granted on CraftThisGift.com.
Prices are firm and non-revisable during validity period as indicated, but the Seller may modify prices outside this period. Prices exclude handling, shipping, transport, and delivery fees, charged additionally and calculated before order placement.
Payment requested corresponds to total purchase amount including these fees.
Custom Client orders may be subject to prior quotes accepted by Client valid for 1 month from issue.
Quote orders are accepted only after 60% deposit payment.
An invoice is issued upon payment receipt.
Price is payable in full upon order by secure payment methods:
Payment data is encrypted via STRIPE protocol.
For credit card payment, card is debited only when order ships.
The Seller is not obliged to deliver Products if Client does not pay in full as above.
Payments are only final after actual receipt by Seller.
Seller may suspend or cancel delivery if payment conditions are not met.
No extra fees higher than Seller's costs for payment methods may be charged.
Products ordered will be delivered in metropolitan France (and worldwide) within shipping delay shown on Product page plus handling and transport time to address given by Client on CraftThisGift.com.
Delivery transfers physical possession or control to Client.
Except special cases or product unavailability, Products will be delivered in one shipment.
Seller will do its best to deliver within the above delays.
These delays are indicative only.
If not delivered within 30 days after estimated delivery date, excluding force majeure or Client fault, sale may be rescinded on written Client request (Articles L216-2, L216-3, L241-4 Consumer Code).
Amounts paid will be refunded within 14 days after contract termination without compensation.
Attention:
According to the ordinance of March 14, 2016, risk of loss or damage transfers to consumer upon physical possession. Otherwise, goods travel at owner's risk (usually the Client). Seller responsible for loss if entrusted delivery to carrier (Cass. 1e civ. 13-11-2008).
Deliveries are made by independent carrier to Client’s address accessible to carrier.
If Client arranges own carrier, delivery is made upon handing Products to carrier accepted without reservation.
Client acknowledges carrier is responsible for delivery and has no recourse against Seller for delivery failures.
Special Client requests on packaging or transport accepted by Seller will be charged extra on prior quote.
Seller will refund or replace Products with proven defects promptly under Consumer Code articles and these Terms.
Ownership transfers only upon full payment, regardless of delivery date.
Risk transfers upon physical possession by Client. Products travel at Seller’s risk until then.
Client has 14 days from receipt to withdraw without reason or penalty if Products are returned in original packaging in perfect condition within 30 days of withdrawal notification. Personalized products cannot be withdrawn.
Returns must be complete with packaging, accessories, manual, and invoice.
Damaged, soiled, or incomplete Products are not accepted.
Withdrawal can be exercised online via withdrawal form on CraftThisGift.com, with immediate acknowledgement, or by any clear statement.
Only product price and delivery fees are refunded; return costs borne by Client.
Exchange (subject to availability) or refund within 10 days of Seller receiving returned Products.
Products comply with French regulations and are for non-professional use.
Products benefit from legal warranty of conformity and hidden defects without extra payment.
Client must notify Seller in writing within 3 days of delivery and return defective Products with accessories, packaging, and manual.
Seller will refund, replace, or repair non-conforming Products.
Shipping costs reimbursed on proof.
Refunds made within 15 days after Seller's defect recognition.

Seller retains IP rights on photos, designs, prototypes made for Client.

Parties agree per Civil Code article 1195 that change of circumstances (financial, economic, material) making contract excessively onerous will be borne by Client.
If change lasts beyond 1 month, contract may be terminated.
If one party fails obligations, other may demand forced execution after formal notice by registered letter.
After 10 days of failed notice, obligee may perform obligation at defaulting party’s cost.
Each party may suspend obligations if other fails serious obligations.
Suspension takes effect upon notice by registered letter.
May be used preventively if failure is imminent.
Parties not liable for non-performance due to force majeure per Civil Code article 1218.
Suspension of obligations during force majeure up to 30 days.
Parties must resume normal performance after force majeure ends.
