In the two cases above, you have a maximum period of 14 days following receipt of your order to request a return, reshipment, or refund. Exception:
If you wish to request a refund for a defective or non-conforming product, please notify us via the contact form on the "Contact Us" page or by email at [email protected], specifying your order number and reason for the request. We commit to processing your request within 10 business days of receipt.
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be made to the payment card used for the purchase. No fees will be charged for the refund.
