By placing an order through CraftThisGift, you agree to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties know and agree to this arrangement to mutually protect each other and set expectations for our service.
Subject to stock availability, we strive to maintain accurate inventory but occasionally there may be a stock discrepancy and we may not be able to fulfill all items at the time of your purchase. In this case, we will contact you to see if you prefer to wait for the restock of the out-of-stock item or if you prefer a voucher.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and especially the destination of the items in your order. Payment for shipping fees will be collected at purchase. This price will be the final shipping cost for your order.

Generally, international orders may be in transit for 4 days. However, this period can exceptionally be longer (up to around twenty days). This varies greatly depending on the delivery type selected and the supplier related to the items in your order.
Orders are generally processed within 2 business days after payment. We allow 24 hours for the shipping address to be modified.
Our teams contact item storage locations Monday to Friday during normal business hours, excluding national holidays, during which shipping will not be activated.
When you place an order at CraftThisGift, the maximum shipping duration is 5 business days. Orders are often shipped within 2 business days. However, delivery can take 2 to 4 weeks depending on the product and customization required. The traditional delivery time is 7 to 15 business days from order to delivery.
It is important to note the difference between shipping and delivery. Delivery means transporting items and ensuring their arrival at the destination address. Shipping refers to the act of dispatching the items.
For this reason, in very rare cases, delivery time can reach up to 5 weeks (2 business days for order processing, 5 business days for shipping, and 4 weeks for delivery).
These are exceptional total delays, but CraftThisGift wants to communicate them to avoid any inconvenience. That said, once this delivery time is exceeded, i.e., 5 weeks, we want to keep you satisfied.
We will offer solutions such as resending your order at our expense or creating a gift voucher with a value higher than your initial order. This almost never happens but CraftThisGift is experiencing great success, and we prefer to anticipate such situations and inform you about our customer service policy.
Therefore, if you received your order confirmation email 5 weeks ago or more, please either reply to the confirmation email or send us an email at [email protected].

CraftThisGift’s customer service team will respond within 24 business hours by email to address your situation.
For delivery address change requests, we can modify the address at any time before the order is shipped.
CraftThisGift ships to PO boxes only using postal services. We currently cannot offer courier services to these locations.
We can deliver to military addresses via USPS but cannot offer courier services to these addresses.
If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to see if you prefer to wait for restock or a voucher. This voucher will have a value higher than your initial order amount.

Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking link to follow your shipment’s progress based on the latest updates from the shipping service provider.
If you find a package damaged in transit, please refuse delivery if possible and contact our customer service. If delivered without your presence, contact CraftThisGift’s customer service at [email protected].
Sales tax has already been applied to the merchandise price as shown on CraftThisGift at order time.
Import duties and taxes may apply to international shipments upon arrival in the destination country. These vary by country, and CraftThisGift encourages awareness of potential costs before ordering. Refusal to pay these fees will result in return of goods at customer expense and refund of merchandise value minus return shipping cost. Initial shipping cost is non-refundable.
If you change your mind before receiving your order from CraftThisGift, cancellations are accepted anytime before shipment. If already shipped, please refer to our refund policy linked at the bottom.
Packages are insured against damage and loss up to the declared value by the carrier. Loss is confirmed when postal service declares it lost. Confirmed deliveries by postal services are valid. CraftThisGift has experienced too many dishonest claims of non-delivery based only on customer statements. However, CraftThisGift will do its best to satisfy you by reshipping items at its expense or offering a gift voucher equal to your initial order amount.

If postal service confirms package loss in transit, CraftThisGift will do its best to satisfy you by reshipping items at its expense or offering a voucher with value greater than your initial order.
